World Cup 5, Mont Saint Anne

This is usually my favourite race of the year, good course, nice accommodation and usually hot and humid conditions. All good, until I managed to crash on Saturday morning in training and strain my left groin/hamstring. I felt upto racing on Sunday but after the first lap I knew I didn’t have the power to be competitive and called it a day in hope for better recovery for the following weekend’s World Cup in Bromont.
